Job Description
Role Description of Commercial Administrator
3. * Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, emailing, printing to assist commercial and procurement team.
4. * Preparation of monthly applications for review & issuing
5. * Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
6. * Update pricing data bases on excel
7. * Assist in the ordering and estimating process
8. * Update and maintain price libraries and trackers on Microsoft excel
9. * Processing of subcontractor payments

10. About You
11. Proven experience as an administrator or administrative assistant in manufacturing/construction or commercial environment
12. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
13. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word Docs, Excel Sheets, Outlook)Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
14. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. Understanding of manufacturing/construction workplace
