Description:
Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for their pioneering cellular anti-aging Therapies?
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our North Region. You will be responsible for managing our counter in Edinburgh. You will implement effective weekly business plans and work towards maximizing the retail performance targets. You will be solely accountable for the sales and performance of the account and will have the opportunity to make new connections in Edinburgh while working towards recruiting new customers to the brand. You will also have the chance to utilize our beauty room to enhance the customer experience and host on/off counter animations.
Main responsibilities
To achieve sales by using La Prairie’s selling and training guidelines:
1. Achieve targets and business plan effectively including creating outreach opportunities and partnering your host store to offer the ultimate La Prairie experience
2. Traffic stop daily in store to recruit prospective clients to your business
3. Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation: listening and identifying the customers needs
4. Proactively organise external events to generate sales and recruit new clients to your counter
5. Ensure the counter is represented to exemplary standards and effectively communicate with all relevant La Prairie departments
Qualifications
Applicants for this position must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
1. NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy (essential)
2. Experience of providing high quality skincare treatments to clients
