The Role:. Prepare, cook and present breakfast dishes to luxury-level specifications Maintain a clean, organised section and ensure full readiness before service Support kitchen operations by managing stock, ingredients and equipment Collaborate with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and team to ensure smooth service Adapt dishes for dietary requirements and uphold food safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, timely breakfast service in line with brand standards Follow recipes, portion guidelines and presentation expectations Minimise food waste through accurate planning and preparation Complete end-of-shift procedures and maintain section hygiene Support junior chefs and participate in team briefings and training sessions.
