As a Business Assistant in the Investment Bank, you will support senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:

* Manage diaries proactively, including meetings, calls, and event orchestration.
* Partner with groups for travel booking and expense processing.
* Handle internal and external client interactions and scheduling.
* Collaborate with support groups and business stakeholders.
* Utilize systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation.
* Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks.
* Understand group priorities and business expectations.
* Partner with assistants across lines of business for coverage.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

* Professional client handling and relationship building.
* Competency in diary management and prioritization.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in arranging travel and creating itineraries.
