The role involves responsibility for a class group, planning and delivering appropriate post-14 curriculum, leading teams, and deploying teaching assistants to support learning, therapy, and care needs. The ideal candidate should be able to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment tailored to students' diverse needs.
The relevant qualifications are required; however, relevant experience in a similar role is also desirable. The candidate should have a desire to assist in the educational development of children and possess a strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children.
