Description
As Group Head of Sustainability, you will be the driving force behind our environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy. This is a highly visible, business-critical role with significant influence across the Group, working closely with the Board, senior leadership, clients and delivery teams to embed sustainability into every aspect of our operations.
You will:
* Develop and lead the Group's sustainability and net-zero strategy-setting clear, measurable targets aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
* Provide expert guidance on sustainable construction, carbon reduction, modern methods of construction, waste minimisation and circular economy principles.
* Shape and report on ESG performance across all business units, ensuring transparency, compliance and continuous improvement.
