Rapid X is an independent specialist provider of digital transformation consulting services, focusing predominately on SAP products and services, specifically SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and third-party lifecycle management tools.
We are recruiting for a first-class apprentice to work within the business administration team; ideally, someone who is looking for a future career in Office or Finance Administration/Management. The role is very much based around being a team player, someone who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done.
The key function is to assist our Office Manager with the day-to-day administrative control of the business including Finance and HR functions. Full training will be provided, and you will receive full support from the Office Manager throughout the process. The ideal candidate for this role will be a reliable, confident, and organised individual, hold strong IT skills, and possess the qualifications required for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Reconciling supplier invoices
* Monitoring email inboxes
* Processing expenses
* Assisting with travel bookings
* Maintaining the office filing/archiving
* Assisting with HR tasks
* Proactively assisting with the smooth running of the office
* Organising events
REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ GCSE grades 4-9 or equivalent to include English and Maths
* Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with good organisational skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision
* Adaptability, creativity, and the ability to multi-task whilst adhering to deadlines
* A good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent telephone manner with fluent verbal and written English
* Confidently communicate with peers, suppliers and customers both spoken and written
* Be well organised
