As an Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality audit and accounting services to clients. Working closely with a hands-on and supportive partner group, you will manage and mentor junior staff, plan and lead audits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, lead, and review audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Prepare and review statutory accounts for a varied client base
* Liaise directly with clients to build strong working relationships
* Support and train junior team members
* Work closely with the partner group on strategic client service and development
* Ensure work is delivered on time and within budget
