Dulux Decorator Centre - York
Competitive Salary + Lucrative Sales-Based Bonus
Part-time – 20 hours per week, ideally Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday, but flexible. Work shifts are between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri and 8am to 12noon on Saturday.

Job Purpose
You will play a key role in your store’s success by collaborating with colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Your people skills will help maximize sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories.
Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in engagement planning and monthly store meetings.
2. Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, informed conversations, and personalized proposals.
3. Use client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
4. Support your store’s monthly customer contact plan.
5. Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
6. Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using training tools.
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
* Enjoys a collaborative working environment and supporting colleagues.
* Remains calm under pressure.
