Join Our Team as a Criminal Justice Senior Project Worker!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women involved with the Criminal Justice System? We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Senior Criminal Justice Project Worker to join our team at the Bridgwater Women’s Centre.

What We Offer:
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience.
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week (part time considered)
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension with a 6% employer contribution.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of working with women with multiple complex needs (MCN) and experience in developing partnerships with local organisations.
Skills: Ability to undertake needs assessments, maintain risk assessments, and design and deliver support plans tailored to individual needs.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of women’s multiple and complex needs, such as domestic abuse and substance misuse.
Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage with women who may find it difficult to access services, and a commitment to extending professional competence.
Car driver: With a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to travel.
