At VIQU Energy, we’re hiring a Business Development Manager to win new clients and drive growth across the energy, renewables, and utilities sectors. This is a sales-first recruitment role focused on client acquisition and generating new business.
No recruitment experience is required—if you can sell and build relationships, we’ll teach you the rest.
The Role
You’ll focus on expanding our client base and positioning VIQU Energy as a trusted recruitment partner. You’ll work closely with experienced managers who will coach you and support your development.
Key responsibilities:
* Winning new business and building client relationships.
* Engaging decision-makers through calls and meetings.
* Developing and managing your own sales pipeline.
* Negotiating terms and securing partnerships.
* Driving revenue across contract and permanent recruitment.
* Working with delivery teams to ensure successful placements.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where performance directly impacts earnings and progression.
