The Role

At Tracsis, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can deliver their needs. As a Product marketing Manager, you have have experience in developing and executing marketing plans while managing and inspiring a direct and in-direct team. You will be proficient with day-to-day marketing activities, long-term strategizing, product marketing activities, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

As we drive forward with a new focus on producing concise, and impactful product marketing collateral, our product marketing manager will need to implement clearly defined product marketing processes. The candidate will focus on both delivering tactical marketing initiatives to support the wider Rail Technology product portfolios at Tracsis and people management as the marketing team expands. Focus will include brand promotion through events and exhibitions as well as digital communications, networking with customers and industry alike.

What you will do

* Build a robust marketing plan focused on key marketing drivers, leading to increased leads and sales opportunities.
* Oversee and approve any marketing material.
* Implement a customer NPS program, collating and reporting on results. Develop the marketing strategy for each product within our portfolios.
* Ensure product messaging focuses on addressing the needs of the market, potential customers understand the value of our products, and this messaging drives demand and product adoption.
* Understand each product’s value proposition and develop compelling messages for all product related collateral.
* Develop user and buyer personas
* Create product collateral that can be used across multiple geographic markets, used by the sales team and provided for industry events.
* Implement and keep up to date product-specific marketing and sales collateral within an easily accessible content library.
* Develop a marketing launch process that defines a product launch categorization, associated time and templates, and a readiness checklist.
* Work with the Head of Product to develop a product launch guide to drive the activities needed to support the marketing launch process.
* Lead efforts to manage external relations and corporate communications.
* Responsibility for internal communications, to include significant updates and periodic group-wide business updates.
* Create consistent content to promote our brand and products, to include press releases, white papers, corporate announcements and other creative content.

You will:

* Be able to demonstrable experience in marketing along with the potential and attitude required to learn.
* Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
* Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pendo, Hotjar, Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
* Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
* A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
* Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
