Focusing on high-quality care, compliance, and team leadership. Staffing (rostering, supervision). Clinical oversight (care planning, medication management, risk assessment). Administration (budgets, documentation). Maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider management team. Ensure adherence to policies and drive continuous improvement.
