Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Project Manager role based in Eastbourne. The Junior Project Manager will assist in planning, executing, and managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, sourcing and purchasing materials, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of project components. Additionally, they will support the project team in maintaining quality standards while resolving any issues that arise during different project phases.
Qualifications
Project management skills, including task prioritization, scheduling, and multisite coordination.
Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and logistics processes, including freight and customs clearance.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Experience in the FF&E or OS&E industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Proficiency in project management software and tools is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.
