Mission
We are seeking a skilled Structural Analysis Engineer with expertise in composite materials and Aeronautical structures to join our team. You will play a key role in the finite element analysis of lightweight, highâperformance airframes for Unmanned Aerial Systems.
Responsibilities
 * Perform advanced structural analysis (static, fatigue and load analysis) of composite structures using finite element methods.
 * Validate and optimize structural designs to support highâprecision systems.
 * Support structural sizing and optimization of airframe components for weight, stiffness and manufacturability.
 * Collaborate with crossâfunctional engineers to integrate analysis results into practical engineering solutions.
 * Contribute to conceptual design and feasibility studies, ensuring structural integrity from initial concept through to final validation.
Profile and Requirements
 * Bachelorâs degree (or higher) in Aerospace, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
 * Extensive experience in structural analysis and computational modelling of composite Aerospace or Motorsport structures.
 * Proficiency with FEA Tools (Abaqus, Nastran, ANSYS, HyperMesh, etc.).
 * Strong understanding of composite material behaviour, laminate theory and damage mechanisms.
 * Experience with Aerospace, Defence or Motorsport related projects.
 * Knowledge of Structural Design for UAVs or light aircraft (preferable).
 * Familiarity with CAD integration between analysis and design environments (e.g. CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX).
 * Ability to solve complex engineering problems.
 * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
