Person specification
Qualifications and Experience
Essential criteria
1. Educated to degree standard, or equivalent experience
2. Experience of producing, filming and editing multimedia content for both internal and external audiences including social media platforms
3. Experience of working within a busy communications environment
4. Digital media experience including use of social media for internal/external purposes
Desirable criteria
5. Experience of working in the NHS or another public sector organisation
6. Proven ability to write engaging scripts and story board ideas which are appropriate to the audience
Technical Skills Competencies
Essential criteria
7. Use of professional digital camera and audio recording equipment
8. Experience of website content management systems
9. Use of Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
Desirable criteria
10. Use of Adobe software, especially Photoshop
