Teaching Assistant - Special Educational Needs | Full Time | Rochdale A well-established SEN school in Rochdale is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join it's passionate team. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Rochdale Position - Teaching Assistant Type of work - Long term Non-Teaching cover Start date - September 2025 Duration - Permanent Contract type - Permanent Full time/part time - Full Minimum rate of pay - GBP90-GBP110 per day Hours 8:30am to 3:30pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience with SEN/SEMH desirable Recent Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher, OR Experience as a TA in a similar setting Previous experience working in a UK school Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
