Forklift Driver – Immediate Start Available!
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in Aylesford on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to go permanent.
📍 Location: Aylesford
🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday – Rotating shift pattern – must be available for both shift times
• 07:00 – 15:30 or
• 08:30 – 17:00
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities
1. Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
2. Loading and unloading containers
3. Picking & Packing
4. Stock rotation within the warehouse
5. Stacking and shrink-wrapping pallets
6. Manual handling (including handballing containers when required)
What We’re Looking For
7. Minimum 1 year experience using a counterbalance forklift (Valid external or in house licence)
8. Able to pass a forklift assessment with ease
9. Manually Fit and comfortable with physical tasks
10. Must pass DBS check
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Strong reliability and punctuality
13. Good awareness of health & safety practices
