You'll need awareness of Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Compliance to ensure your vehicle checks are completed to a high standard to ensure roadworthiness.
The role includes manual handling of our food produce to the customers premises so you will need to comply with Health and Safety (SSOW), hygiene and other related legislation.What you bring to the mixA qualified 3.5t Driver with extensive road knowledge of our local area and a proactive approach to your work, you have what it takes to excel with Us:a commitment to providing the highest standard of service to customersan eye for detailstrong communication and people skillsthe ability to follow processes and proceduresthe flexibility to work in a shift systemIf you have the ambition to become a HGV2 driver in the future we'd be happy to support, you through our driver development programme.
