We require experience designing, integrating, and operating AI-enabled solutions within enterprise environments, including prompt-driven workflows, retrieval-augmented systems, and AI agents. We require the ability to apply structured evaluation, testing, and monitoring practices to ensure AI outputs are reliable, secure, and compliant with our guardrails. We require the ability to prepare and manage data used in AI workflows and take responsibility for the responsible lifecycle of AI features from experimentation through deployment and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: We analyse, design, and enhance software solutions for local, networked, and cloud-based applications. We write, debug, test, and complete code using current programming languages and technologies. We analyse, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and new products used in local, networked, cloud-based, or internet-related applications. We complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. We use our knowledge of business process mapping, modelling, and documentation to improve project outcomes. We engage with the latest Microsoft preview releases, including Dual Write and RSAT, to keep our solutions cutting-edge. We review technical architecture deliverables during development to ensure quality and traceability of requirements. We take overall technical responsibility for new implementations carried out by our development team. We support vital functions in materials management, financial management, and HRIS, among others. We collaborate with users to define system requirements and implement necessary modifications. We help scale automation and AI from proof of concept into real end-to-end change. We contribute to improving customer journeys, reducing cost to serve, accelerating delivery, and strengthening our digital foundations.
