We’ve worked with global brands including Amazon, Airbnb, Google, Unilever, John Lewis, and Diageo — and we’re just getting started. This is a high-impact commercial role with enormous potential. The right person won’t just lead the department — they’ll be in the arena too: driving enterprise sales, owning strategic accounts, and directly contributing to revenue while building and inspiring a high-performing team.
A senior commercial leader with proven enterprise experience, strong commercial instinct, and a values-led approach. You’ve led sales or revenue in L&D, consulting, or professional services — and now, you're looking for purpose and potential.
Lead the B2B commercial strategy across enterprise sales, pricing, packaging, and positioning
Personally drive enterprise sales, pitching to and winning your own key accounts
Manage and mentor a small but mighty team of 2 salespeople, elevating performance and accountability
Partner with the CEO and Marketing Lead to align GTM, brand, and lead-gen efforts
Use HubSpot for pipeline tracking, automation, and performance reporting
5–10+ years in B2B sales, ideally in L&D, coaching, consulting, or training
~ Experience building and leading revenue functions
~ Commercial mindset with high EQ and excellent communication
~ Strong base salary depending on experience + high commission
Flexible working (hybrid: London HQ 2 days/week)
