Head of Commercial Litigation - NorfolkAn established and highly regarded law firm in Norfolk is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial Litigation to lead and grow its dispute resolution offering.This is a senior opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator who is ready to step into a leadership role or who is already operating at Partner or Senior Associate level and looking for a clear route to progression.The RoleYou will take full responsibility for the commercial litigation department, managing an existing caseload while shaping the future direction of the team.Key responsibilities will include:Handling a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and general business disputesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and referrersPlaying a key role in business development and profile raising for the departmentSupervising and mentoring junior members of the teamWorking closely with the wider leadership team on strategy and growthThe CandidateThe firm is open on level and will consider strong Senior Associates through to established Partners.You will ideally have:A strong background in commercial litigationExperience managing your own caseload with minimal supervisionLeadership or supervisory experience, or a clear ambition to move into this type of roleThe FirmWell established and respected regional firmStrong existing client base and referral networkSupportive and collaborative cultureGenuine opportunity to shape and grow a departmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible and hybrid working options availableNext StepsThis is a rare opportunity to take on a true leadership role within a growing firm in Norfolk.For a confidential discussion or to apply, please send across your CV.
