Customer Inventory Administrator (AM Shift)

We are currently recruiting a Customer Inventory Administrator to join us at our Derby site on a permanent, full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30.

The Role

As a Customer Inventory Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining stock integrity, ensuring all inventory is accounted for.

You will be responsible for cycle counting activities, investigating and reconciling stock issues in line with procedures, and providing accurate, timely reporting to both management and customers.

Adhering to company health and safety procedures and attending briefings, you'll ensure a safe and efficient working environment, as well as accuracy across all inventory activities.

Additionally, you will:

* Set up and maintain stock files and warehouse locations
* Ensure all processes run smoothly to meet agreed KPIs and deadlines
* Uphold strong standards of compliance and safety, and report any near misses
* Prepare stock reports as requested by management and customers
* Assist with designated warehouse relocation projects

About You

To be considered as a Customer Inventory Administrator, you will need:

* Previous inventory and/or stock control experience
* An awareness of KAIZEN principles
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy levels
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong analytical skills
* The ability to effectively deal with, and resolve, problems
