About our Clients
In central Walton on Thames, our Clients are seeking an experienced senior practitioner for the role of Third In Charge of Nursery, working alongside the management team. You will need to be passionate about supporting large teams, ideally ran a large team as a room leader. Working 40 hrs a week Monday to Friday, salary is c£34k depending on experience.

Requirements
What are Clients are looking for
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
Experience of leading and supporting a team and working at a management level.
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
