Bilfinger UK are looking for an HSE Advisor to join us at Fawley on a full time permanent basis
* Review and manage HSE Legal and contractual duties for the contract.
* Produce clear reporting on adherence to legal and procedural compliance
* Manage ISO structure including Risk and opportunities, stakeholder analysis aspects and impacts
* Implement and achieve Risk based audit regimes.
* Liaise with client representatives relating to HSE matters
* Develop data driven improvement objectives
* Effectively cooperate and communicate with stakeholders including management employees, regulatory authorities and clients
* Support Operational leadership in defining and monitoring roles and responsibilities relating HSE
* Undertake RCA based investigation of workplace incidents
* Conduct and report upon HSE Inspections
* Promote the use of B-UK proactive safety tools
* Support in the employee induction process
* Develop and participate in delivery of TBT/ HSEQ communications
