Position overview
We are seeking a dynamic architectural recruitment consultant with a strong foundation in architecture to join our vibrant London team. This role is centred on business development and cultivating robust client relationships. If you have a passion for architecture and a knack for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key responsibilities:
* business development: proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, devising and executing strategies to grow our client base within the architecture and design sectors
* client relationship management: build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions
* talent acquisition: source and engage top architectural professionals, aligning their career goals with suitable roles within our clients’ organisations
* market insight: stay informed on industry trends and market developments, providing valuable advice to both clients and candidates
* negotiation and placement: present qualified candidates to clients, negotiate terms and secure successful placements that benefit all parties
* administrative excellence: maintain precise and comprehensive records of client and candidate interactions, ensuring all details are well-documented
* collaborative teamwork: contribute to a supportive and dynamic team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Qualifications and experience:
* industry knowledge: a background or strong understanding of architecture is essential
* sales expertise: proven experience in business development and sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
* communication skills: outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and candidates
* relationship building: demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships
