Job Description
We are looking for someone who can lead a testing team, manage stakeholder communication, and drive quality assurance through comprehensive planning, execution, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring proven testing leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and define the testing scope.
2. Develop test strategies and plans, including defining test types, tools, and environments.
3. Estimate resources, timelines, and budgets required for testing activities.
4. Set up and maintain appropriate test environments.
5. Assign testing tasks to team members and track progress.
6. Manage the testing team, consolidate results, and ensure issues are documented and addressed.
7. Communicate progress and new requirements with clients and stakeholders.
8. Monitor testing goals to ensure alignment with defined quality standards.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Proven experience in IT test management or a similar role.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
13. Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks (preferred).
14. Experience using test management and planning tools such as Monday.com.
