Role Responsibilities:
KeyResponsibilities
* Lead theplanning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculumin your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, andinclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportiveleadership and collaboration.
* Oversee thedevelopment and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress istracked and communicated with parents.
* Take onthe role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development andpersonal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining aclean and secure environment.
RequiredQualifications:
IdealCandidate:
* Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation.
* Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as aNursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or NurseryPractitioner.
* Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills.
* Passionate about fostering children'sdevelopment and creating positive relationships withfamilies.
