We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team. Starting pay is £12.60 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £12.80 per hour.

Job responsibilities
The Customer Services Assistant must continuously strive to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers and must be efficient across all Customer-service-based processes, including ensuring that customer orders for the various services on offer are actioned in an acceptable time frame, ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are of an exceptionally high standard.
They should have outstanding communication skills, conflict resolution skills, creative problem-solving ability and high levels of empathy.
They should maintain lasting customer relationships and seek commercial opportunities to improve sales performance.
Summary of Main Tasks
· Ensure that all customer orders and transactions for the varied services are fulfilled within agreed time frames.
· Ensuring high levels of customer service and communication is in line with Ramsdens "Trusted, Open and Passionate" Values.
· Deal with incoming customer queries, ensuring resolution is reached promptly.
· Communicate effectively with branches, other departments and external suppliers in regard to orders.
· Adherence of security processes and procedures to minimise loss.
Your experience will include:
· Deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers.
· Ability to work within a fast-paced industry and able to change priorities as and when required.
· High standards of accuracy and precision.
· Must be able to operate as part of a busy team and able to escalate issues appropriately.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
· Ability to be organised and flexible to respond to ad-hoc requests as and when required.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good verbal and written communicator.
· Able to demonstrate high levels of trust, openness and passion for all areas of the role and Ramsdens' business.
· Good understanding of all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Able to use a keyboard at an above-average speed.
Desirable
· A strong understanding of jewellery & luxury watches.
You must be willing to work 37.5 hours per week. (5 days per week Monday to Friday)
