About the role

The Partnerships & Activations (In‑store) Manager sits within the Partnership Marketing Team and works closely with the Shopper Marketing team. The role involves activating Nutrition partnerships across a 360‑marketing, digital‑first approach while leading in‑store partnerships. Responsibilities include ideation, execution of licensing, permanent in‑store displays, creative concepts and in‑real‑life activations. Location: THG HQ, WA15 0AF – fully office based. Reporting to: Product Strategy & Marketing Lead. Brand: Myprotein.


Responsibilities

* Brief and optimise design strategies for partnership products in collaboration with Brand, NPD, Partnerships and Creative teams.
* Act as marketing point of contact for licensee’s and licensor’s, managing year‑round activations.
* Launch new partnerships globally, covering licensing in and out.
* Optimise marketing plans for the Myprotein marketing ecosystem and identify new audience opportunities to hit financial targets.
* Lead trade show activations throughout the year, scaling concepts to fit environments.
* Liaise with cross‑functional teams to improve customer experience, especially shopper marketing, brand, clothing and packaging.
* Work with packaging and clothing teams to align the retail offering and bring it to life in‑store.
* Coordinate with shopper marketing managers to align the brand across all in‑real‑life moments.
* Create and deliver sell‑ins to new partner retailers.
* Partner with suppliers and agencies to create in‑store activations.
* Manage in‑store accounts including high‑street clothing retailers, gym expansion projects, shop‑in‑shop experiences and the Myprotein kitchen.


What we're looking for

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
* Preferred at least 3 years working in brand or product‑led marketing.
* Experience managing real‑life activations with practicality and creativity.
* Experience in apparel is preferred but not essential.
* Creativity and innovation with a strong visual eye.
* Strong communication skills and resilience in coordinating and communicating vision.
* Interpersonal skills – empathy and influence across all levels.
* Drive for results – accountable success and outcomes.
* Project management – prioritise and work on multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Requirements

* Interest and knowledge in sports, health and wellbeing markets.
* Interest in sustainability with some experience.
* Relationship management experience.
* FMCG or CPG experience and understanding of digital marketing techniques (PPC, Email, Social, SEO, PR) and interest in data and insights.
* FMCG experience.
