Remote Paraplanner (Diploma Level 4 Required)
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based applicants only)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience £35,000 to £37,000 comprehensive benefits.

A forward-thinking chartered financial planning firm committed to providing high-quality, client-focused advice and support. As part of its growing remote team, it is seeking an experienced and qualified Paraplanner (minimum Diploma Level 4) who shares a passion for excellence, compliance, and client care.
Paraplanner Role Overview:
As a Remote Paraplanner, you'll play a critical role in supporting its Financial Advisers with accurate, well-researched, and compliant advice documentation. You will be responsible for the full paraplanning process, from research and suitability report writing to liaising with advisers and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
* Prepare high-quality suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
* Conduct in-depth product and provider research.
* Support advisers with technical queries and case preparation.
* Ensure all reports meet FCA compliance standards.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, legislation, and industry developments.
* Collaborate with administrative and advisory teams to ensure seamless client journeys.
Paraplanner Requirements:
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential
* Minimum 2 years’ paraplanning experience.
* Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Proficient with financial planning software (e.g. Voyant, FE Analytics etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
