Product & Marketing Manager
Location: Sandwell & Dudley
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Reporting to: Managing Director
About the Role
Were looking for a commercially driven Product & Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, driving market growth, and strengthening brand presence.
This is a high-impact role combining product management, pricing strategy, marketing leadership, and new product development. Youll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn market insight and customer needs into commercially successful products and campaigns.

What Youll Be Doing
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
* Develop and manage pricing strategies across the product portfolio
* Ensure pricing is competitive, value-led, and aligned with margin targets
* Lead price reviews and responses to cost changes
* Partner with Sales and Finance to support profitable growth
Product Range Ownership
* Own the full product lifecycle—from launch through to rationalisation
* Use market, customer, and performance data to guide product decisions
* Define clear product positioning aligned to customer needs and brand values
Marketing & Communications
* Create and deliver the marketing and communications strategy
* Drive brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
* Lead campaigns, digital activity, content creation, and sales enablement materials
* Ensure consistent and compelling communication across all channels
New Product Development (NPD)
* Identify and evaluate new product opportunities
* Lead cross-functional NPD projects from concept to launch
* Build robust business cases for new products
* Manage launch planning and post-launch evaluation
Key Stakeholders
* Senior leadership team
* Sales, Finance, Operations, Technical and Supply Chain teams
* External agencies and partners
* Customers and industry stakeholders
