Field Service Engineer
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing welding and cutting equipment. Beyond technical service, you will act as a trusted partner, identifying opportunities, supporting sales, and contributing to continuous improvement.
What you’ll do ⚙️
Technical services & support
1. Install, commission, and repair equipment at customer sites
2. Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and evaluations
3. Support the sales team with technical expertise and advice
4. Document service visits and report non-conformities
5. Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities
Projects & digital tools
6. Use digital platforms to enhance diagnostics and reporting
7. Support the implementation of remote services and new tools
8. Contribute to service process improvements and technical feedback
What we’re looking for ⭐
9. Education: Technical diploma or degree (mechanical, electrical, or related field)
10. Experience: 5+ years in technical services for industrial equipment
11. Skills: Solid technical knowledge, customer focus, and communication skills
12. Languages: English (additional European language knowledge is a plus)
13. Desirable: Frequent regional travel; valid driver’s license
