Your Role
*
Teach Art to KS3 and KS4, with the option to teach KS5 depending on experience
*
Guide students in portfolio development, technical experimentation, and conceptual thinking
*
Organise internal and external exhibitions and creative workshops
*
Collaborate with colleagues in DT, Drama, and English to enrich cross-disciplinary learning
Ideal Candidate
*
Art/Art Education degree with QTS (ECTs welcome)
*
Experience with traditional and digital media; able to teach both skill and concept development
*
Encouraging, student-centred approach, with a flair for celebrating individuality
*
A personal love of art-making and a desire to share it with enthusiastic learners
