We’re partnering with a global market leader in innovative consumer and professional products to find a talented Senior Legal Counsel to join their high-performing EMEA legal team.

The organisation operates across multiple sectors within consumer and commercial products worldwide, supporting markets worldwide.
Reporting into the senior legal leadership within EMEA, you’ll play a key role in delivering practical, business-focused legal support across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day legal support across EMEA entities
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (including supply, distribution, and services)
* Support cross-functional business projects and product/campaign launches
* Assist with contract execution processes, including document management and signature coordination
* Conduct legal research and provide clear, pragmatic advice to stakeholders
* Support billing processes and general legal operations
About You
* Qualified lawyer in the UK or EEA with relevant post-qualification experience
* Strong grounding in commercial/contract law, ideally within an international environment
* Experience in private practice is advantageous
* Exposure to data privacy and/or competition law is beneficial but not essential
* Confident communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially German) are a plus
* Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
