Responsibilities and Requirements
* You will have experience in 5 star or 2-3 rosette kitchens
* In-depth knowledge of modern food trends (local, Irish, and international)
* A can-do attitude, a love for challenges, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
* Strong organizational skills and an innovative mindset
* Relevant culinary qualifications and a history of working in renowned establishments
