We operate a flexible hybrid-working model in the team, focusing on being where we can most effectively provide support to the service lines, which can occasionally involve travel to other UK-based offices.

Responsibilities
* Completing Consulting reviews with focus on our Risk & Governance, Forensic and Business Transformation solutions
* Supporting other QA reviewers with completion of reviews of other solutions, where necessary
* Completing other QA reviews and activities within Consulting as needed to provide required assurance to the Consulting business and wider firm
* Identifying and delivering feedback to relevant parties, including examples of good practice, to support continuous improvement in quality, compliance and risk management
* Working with the Quality Assurance Associate Director and other QAD team members to identify and implement changes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department
Qualifications
* ACA / ACCA / CIA qualification (or can demonstrate qualified by experience)
* Internal Audit experience or Technical experience within the Risk & Governance, Forensic or Business Transformation solutions
* Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in a concise and understandable manner
* Ability to perform analytical based testing and be able to adapt review approaches relevant to RSM and Consulting specific risks
* A challenging and sceptical mindset coupled with a high attention to detail
