As a Stores Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of our brand stores. Your key objectives include optimising sales growth, improving visual merchandising and display, and enhancing customer experience.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of Retail Sales Managers to ensure seamless store operations. You will also be accountable for analysing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will be involved in visual guidance and planning, ensuring that all brand stores meet high standards of visual presentation and product display. This includes coordinating seasonal changeovers, managing third-party supplier relationships, and liaising with supply chains to optimise stock turn rates.
You will also be responsible for recruitment, training, and development of new Brand Store Managers, as well as providing support to the Head of Sales on annual sales and expenditure budgets and sales strategy.
