* Salary: £42,119 - £45,250 depending on skills and experience.
* Max job rate is £48,978, performance related
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Based: Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk
Role Overview
As the Registered Manager of a Break Children's Home, you will:
* Join the experienced Care Management Team, alongside sixteen other managers, of which four manage solo or dual children’s homes.
* Use your experience combined with Break’s model to lead a team that encourages children to develop a positive sense of self and maintain high professional standards.
* Collaborate with Break’s Therapeutic team, providing two days a week of therapeutic support, advice, and practical tools for trauma-informed, nurturing care.
* Support staff effectively through advice, guidance, reflective supervision, and annual appraisals, utilizing Break's extensive training programs.
* Work in partnership with young people, their families, colleagues, and other agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
* Coordinate with Break's Staying Connected service for smooth transitions when a young person leaves care.
