A growing real estate firm based in Manchester is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and play a key role in its ongoing optimisation and evolution.
This is a hybrid role, with weekly access to the Manchester office, offering the chance to work closely with stakeholders across the business and make a real impact.
The Role
As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce. You’ll act as the go-to Salesforce expert internally, supporting users while ensuring the platform scales with the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and administer the Salesforce platform end-to-end
* Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
* Configure workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automations
* Manage user access, permissions, profiles, and security settings
* Support releases, testing, and deployments
* Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across sales, operations, and leadership
* Drive best practice, documentation, and platform governance
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (senior-level)
* Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders
* Comfortable owning a Salesforce org and making platform decisions
* Salesforce Administrator certifications (preferred, not essential)
* Experience in real estate, property, or professional services is a plus
