* Rate: 14.24 pounds per hour via Paye, 18.50 pounds per hour via umbrella ltd.

Role Summary
The Technical Operative 1 will join the Configuration Department, supporting IT configuration and deployment activities. The role requires a hands-on approach to software installation, system building, and data management, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and adherence to process.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform software installations and configurations within existing infrastructure
* Build systems using predefined scripts (training provided; strict compliance required)
* Operate bespoke and in-house systems (training provided)
* Input and manage data using spreadsheets (25–50% of role)
* Consolidate consignments for distribution
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads regarding progress and issues
* Handle pallet movement and contribute to work planning
* Meet performance targets and service level agreements
* Box and unbox IT equipment as part of configuration and dispatch processes

* Proven experience in manual data entry and spreadsheet management
