We are seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our caring team at our residential home in Highcliffe. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of our residents during night hours, providing essential support when they need it. You would need a strong background in health and social care, along with experience of autism. Please note, Autism Unlimited does not provide visa sponsorship. The role: Our purpose in adult services is to empower the people we support to live as independently as possible and see them thrive. Each person we help has their own unique way of communicating, whether this be PECs boards, signalong or through repeating specific phrases. If you’ve not used signalong previously, don't worry as training is provided! At the heart of everything we do is promoting the independence of the people we support, and ensuring we have a relaxed, empathetic and encouraging team working with us to help ensure they achieve their goals.
