Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a busy Disabilities Team based in Solihull.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Qualified Social Worker in the Disabilities Team, you will conduct assessments and reviews of adults with disabilities, create personalized support plans, and participate in safeguarding procedures. You will collaborate with health services, external agencies, and community resources to deliver holistic care. Adhering to policies and the Health and Care Professionals Council’s Code of Conduct, you will ensure compliance with the Care Act (2014). You will empower individuals to make informed choices, respond to crises, and take responsibility for your professional development. These responsibilities ensure high-quality, person-centered care and support for adults with disabilities.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
