Admin Lead

This post forms part of a service currently subject to a service improvement and redesign programme. Service delivery models, roles and structures will be reviewed as part of the improvement process, which may result in changes and a consultation process in line with the Trust's Organisational Change Policy.

Applications are invited for the post of Administration Lead within the Bay Network based at Guild Lodge, Whittingham, near Preston.
The post holder will provide professional admin lead support to the Locality Business Manager, with line management responsibility for administrative staff across Forensics and Children and Young People services, and act as lead within the network, ensuring active communication and engagement with a dispersed administrative workforce.
Develop and implement efficient and effective admin systems and processes across the network. Take responsibility for ensuring there are robust induction and development opportunities for all admin staff across the network.
Job responsibilities
The post holder will provide professional admin lead support to the Locality Business Manager with line management responsibility for administrative staff whose management is not aligned to an operational manager. The post holder will act as lead within the network, ensuring active communication and engagement with a dispersed administrative work.

Qualifications
* Post graduate Business or Management related professional qualification /post grad/master's degree or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development.
Knowledge
* Extensive specialist knowledge and understanding of leadership skills.
* Extensive professional specialist knowledge of a range of administrative procedures and practice underpinned by relevant theory.
Experience
* Previous experience of successfully managing and motivating a large administrative service or team at senior admin manager level.
* Demonstrable success of achieving performance targets both individually and as part of a team.
