The Role Working within the firm’s busy national Real Estate practice, you will enjoy a varied and high-quality workload across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. The Leeds office offers the perfect balance – the resources and client base of a major national firm, combined with the friendliness and team spirit of a close-knit office. You can expect to advise on: Land acquisitions, including options and conditional contracts Investment acquisitions and disposals for both buyers and sellers Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of business leases Retail, leisure, and healthcare development work (excluding construction) General property management matters including surrenders, licences, easements, rent reviews, lease renewals, and property finance About You We would love to hear from you if you have: 4 years’ PQE (or equivalent) in commercial property work gained at a leading regional or City firm Strong technical ability and clear, logical drafting skills The ability to manage matters efficiently and work flexibly with multiple team members Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset The Clients You will work with an enviable roster of clients, including Oxbridge colleges, developers, corporate occupiers with multi-site holdings, institutional investors, family trusts, private offices, and global investment funds.
