Duties for the Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Prepper position include:
6. Applying high-quality paint finishes as a Paint Sprayer or preparing vehicles as a Prepper / Polisher
7. Ensuring all vehicles meet the workshop's stringent quality standards
8. Working efficiently within a busy workshop to complete repairs on time
9. Maintaining all equipment and materials to a high standard
10. Collaborating with a team of skilled technicians to deliver excellent customer service and vehicle results
Candidate requirements for the Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Prepper role:
11. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher
12. Strong attention to detail and a committed work ethic
13. Knowledge of automotive refinishing processes and materials
14. Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
15. Flexibility to work from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
