Job summary The salary for this post is in line with Agenda for Change Band 6, which has a current salary range of £39,959 to £48,117 per annum (£31,967 to £38,493 pro rata for 30 hours per week) 30 hours per week. You will: Lead on the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as defined within the service specification, identifying packages of care based on the Universal, Targeted and Specialist models of service delivery.
