The Role
:
As a Change Manager, you will join a team based at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire, responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day implementation and management of the change management process.
Day-to-day, you will ensure that changes to the IT infrastructure and services are executed smoothly, minimizing disruptions and adhering to ITIL best practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Applying ITIL best practices for change management following established workflows and operating procedures.
2. Ensuring that all process and policy documentation is maintained under document control, delivering consistent and high-quality service to the customer.
3. Collaborating with team members and contributing towards service improvement opportunities.
4. Producing management information for all stakeholders of the supported applications, products, and services.
5. Producing reports and ensuring all standards and regulatory compliance practices are adhered to.
6. Updating training, creating awareness, and publicizing new change management capabilities.
Essential experience of the Change Manager:
* Strong customer service experience with strong administration skills.
* Previous experience of Continuous Service Improvement and Change Management.
* A good understanding of reporting and analytics skills that provide clear insights.
* ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
* Strong service delivery skills and relationship management skills.
Essential qualifications for the Change Manager:

This role is 37 hours per week, based at Lincoln, and is fully on-site.
