Our client has an opportunity for a Learning Business Partner to join them on a rolling contract basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of training to an area of the business. Role: Learning Business Partner Location: Broughton, Flintshire - onsite Hours: 18 hours per week - flexible on days Hourly Rate: £30.76 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35 Clearance: BPSS required before starting Travel may be required a couple of times per year What you'll be doing: Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain) Ensure business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholders Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges Act as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate Regular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating of future learning needs Contribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the LBP team as appropriate, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes Working closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the business Anticipating risks and implementing actions to resolve any deployment issues in collaboration with all stakeholders Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects in partnership with the business Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally in collaboration with the central learning teamRequirements: Communicate and Influence Customer Understanding and Contribution Build and Animate a Network Team Working Partner and Subcontractor Management Training Administration Project Management Basics Ability to Problem Solve Good Organisational Skills Proficient IT Skills Intercultural Awareness Stakeholder Management Customer facing experience If you are interested in applying for this position and you meet the requirements, please apply immediately!
