Description
As the Head of Marketing at KERB, you'll be at the helm of driving footfall, revenue and growth across our venues, events and expansion pipeline. You'll turn commercial objectives into integrated marketing plans, leading customer acquisition strategy, local marketing execution and B2B demand generation. This is work that matters and moves the business forward.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone equally comfortable setting strategy and delivering campaigns that fill venues and generate leads. Whether you're an existing Head of Marketing or a Senior Marketing Manager ready to step up, this is your chance to lead with real impact. You'll be a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, confident presenting at senior level and decisive in your approach. You'll inspire your team, collaborate closely with Brand and Digital partners, and take real ownership of results. This is a role for someone who can balance big-picture brand vision with hands-on execution, combining commercial acumen with creative ambition to deliver stand-out campaigns that drive revenue and build long-term momentum for KERB.
